Our products are 100% made-to-order with complex artwork transfer and manual cut and sew steps to ensure maximum quality.

Estimated timeframes begin 24 hours after your original artwork has been drawn and SMS preview sent. Ranges include production and shipping time. Reply immediately if you require artwork changes. We aim to be as clear as possible with lead times, which is why (unlike some other custom suppliers) all estimates below are inclusive of production and shipping. These are based on actual order averages, but your individually commissioned order may arrive before or after (e.g. due to the incredibly complex nature of our quality sublimated custom products and events beyond our control).
